At The Shutter Studio, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value and service for their plantation shutter needs. Our like-for-like price match promise ensures that you receive the most competitive pricing without compromising on quality. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a claim under our price match promise:

1. Eligibility:

1.1. The like-for-like price match promise is applicable to all customers who purchase plantation shutters from The Shutter Studio.

1.2. The product being price matched must be identical in terms of material, design, size, finish, configuration, and other relevant specifications to the product offered by The Shutter Studio.

1.3. The competing offer must be provided by a legitimate, established shutter retailer or manufacturer operating within the same geographical area as The Shutter Studio.

2. Price match criteria:

2.1. To be eligible for a price match, customers must provide Shutter Studio with a written quotation or a formal offer from the competing retailer or manufacturer. The quotation must clearly outline the product specifications, pricing, and any applicable charges such as installation, taxes, and delivery fees.

2.2. The Shutter Studio reserves the right to verify the competing offer’s authenticity, including contacting the competing retailer or manufacturer directly.

3. Exclusions:

3.1. Our price match promise does not apply to promotional offers, discounts, or prices offered as part of clearance sales, liquidation sales, going-out-of-business sales, or similar events.

4. Procedure:

4.1. To request a price match, customers must contact The Shutter Studio’s customer service team within seven days of receiving the original quotation from us. The customer service team can be reached via phone or email.

4.2. Customers must provide a copy of the competing offer’s quotation, including all relevant details and specifications.

4.3. The Shutter Studio will review the competing offer and, if it meets all the eligibility criteria, will adjust the price of the product to match the competing offer.

5. Price adjustment:

5.1. If the price match promise is approved, The Shutter Studio will adjust the price of the product to match the competing offer’s price.

5.2. Any adjustments made will be applied only to the product’s base price and will not cover additional charges such as installation, taxes, or delivery fees.

5.3 The offer can only be applied to your quote once. After your quote has already been price matched, we are no longer able to apply further price matches if you were to find another offer.

6. Discretion:

6.1. The Shutter Studio reserves the right to accept or reject any price match request at its sole discretion.

6.2. The Shutter Studio’s decision on all price match requests is final and cannot be contested.

7. Changes to terms:

7.1. The Shutter Studio reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue the like-for-like price match promise and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By participating in The Shutter Studio’s like-for-like price match promise, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
