Our shutters are made bespoke so the price will be determined by a number of factors including the size of your windows, the material and accessories you choose. To get a quote book a free consultation. 

With proper care and maintenance our shutters can last for decades. Their lifespan exceeds other window treatments such as blinds or curtains.

Our premium basswood shutters are manufactured in our UK factory in Kent. We also have a direct partnership with a factory in China which means we have no-middle man.

Our UK premium basswood shutters have a manufacturing time of between 4-6 weeks. Our imported shutters have a 10-13 week lead time.

Absolutely, when you book a home consultation we will bring samples to show you. Alternatively, you can visit one of our showrooms in Croydon or Sevenoaks.

Yes, all our shutters come with a 10 year warranty. Our fly screen shutters have a 10 year warranty for the shutter and two year warranty for the fly screen. This is the same for our blackout shutters which have a 10 year warranty on the shutter and two year warranty on the blackout blind.

Our poly faux wood shutters and Paulownia+ shutters have a lifetime warranty.

Whilst you can control the amount of light that enters your room with shutters, when fully closed they won’t provide full blackout. If you are looking for complete darkness, then our blackout shutters are the perfect solution.

Use a feather duster or microfibre cloth to gently wipe the louvres. You can use a damp cloth for stubborn stains but never use harsh chemicals or excessive amounts of water. Clean them once a week to maintain their quality. For more cleaning tips read our blog here.

Yes. As our shutters are made bespoke, we can make shutters to suit all window types including roof window, bay windows, sash windows and even odd-shaped windows.

Yes, our water-resistant faux wood shutters are ideal for rooms with high humidity and where water is present.

Yes, all our blinds come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. This covers parts and installation.

No, a member of our team will arrange a time to visit you to discuss your requirements and measure your windows.

Our delivery time is between 2-4 weeks once you’ve placed your order.

We provide either battery-powered electric blinds or main-powered blinds that will require power supply for installation. Find out more about our electric blinds here.

Yes! We know the wait time for your shutters can feel like forever, especially when you want to protect your privacy. We offer free temporary blinds which are easily fixed to your windows. This helps protect your privacy and provides some light control whilst you wait for your delivery.
