What are Allusion blinds?
Allusion blinds are a type of window covering that achieves a perfect balance between curtains and blinds. Allusion blinds are a versatile alternative to traditional vertical blinds.
While Allusion blinds are similar in style to vertical blinds, they do not have a connecting chain between the blinds’ louvres. This means you can walk straight through the blinds without having to open them, while still having the ability to open and close the blinds like regular vertical blinds.
Our Allusion Blinds
Allusion blinds are a popular choice for both large windows and doors, including patio doors for conservatories and extensions; you have the freedom to control your privacy and light levels, while being able to conveniently open and access your windows and doors at any time of day.
At The Shutter Studio, we offer quality, made-to-measure Allusion blinds for homeowners in the UK. To discuss your options or to get a quote, get in touch with our friendly team today.

Why choose Allusion blinds
from The Shutter Studio
As a leading manufacturer of window coverings in the UK, Allusion blinds are often recommended where our customers like the elegance and sophisticated style of vertical blinds, but would prefer more modern, functional appointments.
Different lighting options
With the louvres open, Allusion blinds allow lots of natural light to subtly diffuse into your room, creating a pleasant ambience.
Added privacy and security
With the versatility of their opening and closing options, Allusion blinds let you retain privacy and security while still allowing light in.
Ideal for doors and large windows
Allusion blinds do not have connecting chains, meaning you can walk straight through them when closed. This makes them perfect for large windows, patio doors, and bifold doors.
Add texture and depth
The popular light, flowing look of Allusion blinds is created by panels of opaque fabric between the soft sheer vanes, adding depth and texture to your interiors.
Safe for children
When installing blinds in your home, choosing blinds that are child-safe is often a top priority. Allusion blinds are child-safe by design; Allusion blinds have no loose hanging cords or chains. If you opt for a manual operating method, they are fitted with a wand.
Manual or motorised operation
If you’re looking for ultimate luxury and convenience, upgrade to a motorised option, so you can operate your blinds remotely with the push of a button.

Electric Allusion blinds
If you’re looking for an even easier way to control your Allusion blinds, look no further than our motorised option.
Perfect for hard-to-reach windows, our Allusion electric blinds can integrate with modern smart home technologies when used with a range of our smart motors, and can be operated with a remote control or using a phone app.
At The Shutter Studio, we can offer electric/motorised functionality for all of our blind styles. For more information, check out our electric blinds range or speak to our friendly experts – we’re happy to help!
