Alpha Innovations approached The Shutter Studio looking to enhance their ground floor office spaces with a blind solution that would help improve comfort without compromising on the natural light. They were keen to work with a local business and being just down the road from our Kent head office, our team were happy to get involved!

What Alpha needed from their office blinds

The project covered a mix of smaller individual offices and a large open-plan, busy workspace. Reducing glare on screens and adding privacy was key to this client. As a business, they work with a lot of important and sensitive information and being a ground floor office, it was vital to add a form of security from anyone potentially looking in from outside. Overall, it was important to create a more comfortable working environment, while still maintaining a bright, open feel throughout the space.

Our solution: Light-filtering Roller blinds for office spaces

After some consultations with our team, we supplied and installed bespoke office Roller blinds from our latest range, carefully chosen to suit both function and aesthetics:

Fabric & Colour: Light-filtering grey fabric blinds to soften sunlight while keeping rooms bright.
Cassette & Bottom Bar: Anthracite grey, matching the existing window frames for a seamless, coordinated look.
Operation: Manual Roller blinds with black chains that blend subtly into the design, maintaining a clean, modern appearance.

This combination ensured the blinds integrated perfectly with the windows and overall office décor while meeting practical requirements.

The outcome

The completed installation transformed the office environment, providing staff with improved comfort, enhanced privacy, and a stylish, modern appearance. The light-filtering fabric ensures that spaces remain bright, while the colour-coordinated blinds complement the overall aesthetic and add a professional, considered finish to the offices.
